About RACK WIDOW

Tucson house, deep bass and evolving loops

RACK WIDOW creates hypnotic, bass-driven electronic and house music rooted in Tucson, Arizona, with deep grooves and analog-inspired textures.

Rolling basslines, evolving loops and subtle melodic changes shape tracks that unfold over time. The music balances physical club energy with atmosphere, allowing ambient space and harder industrial edges to enter the groove. Its spider-and-web imagery reflects that interest in repetition, tension and interconnected patterns.

1st Drop Music is one human creator expressed through distinct artist identities. Bear Gallagher-Cole, publicly known as Bear Cole, writes, performs, produces, engineers, and directs the music behind the ecosystem, and has personally worked on every recording in his catalog. Collaborative projects and recordings with guest producers or lyricists retain their individual credits. Each artist exists because a particular musical voice needed its own name, history, visual language, and room to grow.

Explore the roster without flattening it. Bear Cole, Bear the Astronot, Feral Business, Indrid Coald, Michael Patrick Ceol, Oso Melodic, RACK WIDOW, Sagebrush & The Little Flowers, Turntable Kachina, and WUUYUH remain separate creative worlds while their shared roots stay visible. The Wax Chumps pairs producer Waxie with lyricist Bear the Astronot; Vishnu Schist pairs producer Arsenic with lyricist Bear the Astronot. These collaborations retain their shared credits.
