SMS program terms

Who operates the program

Free the Line LLC. operates the 1st Drop Music text-message program. These terms cover signup on participating 1st Drop Music, artist, podcast and newsletter websites that link to these terms.

Your choice to receive texts

When enrollment opens, you can separately choose recurring automated marketing texts about music releases, artist updates, podcast episodes, events and offers. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything. Email signup does not enroll you in text messages.

A separate verification-text choice allows us to send a code you request to confirm that you control your phone number. A verification request alone does not authorize marketing texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about its charges. Availability depends on your country, carrier and the program’s approved sending configuration. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Once the program is active, reply STOP to stop marketing texts or HELP for assistance. You can also contact bear@1stdrop.co. Text and email preferences are separate; stopping texts does not automatically unsubscribe you from email.

Use a phone number you control. If you stop using it, unsubscribe before the number is reassigned.
