Biography
The Wax Chumps are a Hip-Hop duo out of Arizona. Their music pays homage to the days of Conscious Sample Heavy Hip-Hop, and the culture of Samples and Vinyl. They are anything but dusty! Beats from Producer Waxie and lyrics from MC Bear the Astronot are the norm, but it isn’t uncommon for Bear the Astronot to jump on a beat or for The Wax Chumps to bring in guest producers and MC’s. Their sound is aggressive at times, and smooth and mellow at others. The perfect soundtrack for any Hip Hop Heads everyday.
